The print mounted on a large panel functions like the wall that was once photographed. Ones eyes maneuver between what is depicted and what is caused by the surroundings of the prints. The light is alive, yet elusive.
Already gone examines the possibility and impossibility to grasp (sun)light through photographic prints. The work re-activates a moment already gone, and makes it anew.
Already gone is based on architectural and sensory research into sunlight.
